in the LMG, there is an interesting paragraph on improving odds in random events... Gail says that the chances of getting struck by lightning is quite random and the odds are very low.. Jack Daniels give you any luck? It appears it's on a rebound, as far as chi values are concerned... and I still have to say that I think it's rigged. Here's the last 15 (of 129) values with their difference and saturation percentage comparatively. What you will notice is that 3 draws ago (3/27/2010), it had the biggest change back upwards (across all 129 draws). Could be natural, but appears to be an unnatural jump... who knows, right!? And if your picks were always filtered out from winning, it wouldn't matter. I define random as each number or digit having an equal chance of being drawn so that each combination (whether is was drawn the night before or never drawn) has an equal chance.
