I think that it's done in proportion to the population therefore in proportion to the amount of players. This is equivalent to larger bordering states having a 5 ball Lotto draw that starts at $1 mil. (annuity) and grows by $100k each drawing. Therefore being a less populated state it's starting at $250k. So essentially the same as larger states with a state lotto simply starting at $250k in proportion to the states population. I agree that it would be awesome to be able to play any of the various state games nationwide, even if only on a subscription basis. I know I would have loved to play Ohio's Classic Lotto last year when the JP climbed over $50 Million. There are several other interesting looking state level games out there that I would try including your state's Match 6 game. I'm not happy with all the multi-state games out there now like Powerball, Mega Millions, Hot Lotto, and Lucky 4 Life. All of the games
