Eery experience
I might not have caught it if I was just scanning bar codes, and didn't have some foreknowledge about the ticket and it's contents. I've known these ticket-checkers to repeat the previous bar code's results (when scanning a high volume of tickets). Errors are rare and I guess technology can be fallible. Eery, though. I hope this didn't cause me to throw something big away. Or anything, really.

Significant changes regarding Scratch off tickets needed within the Florida Lottery.
I love your idea and have tried for the past year to get the lottery to change the accounting/reporting ways regarding scratch offs with no luck whatsoever. Its been an uphill climb trying to get someone to listen to reason and actually give me the time of day regarding my ideas. As i mentioned before, go look at how Ohio does it. They list every single available prize remaining for every game they sell and update it regularly. I really want Florida lottery to make these type of changes and prov

Florida Holiday Millionaire Raffle 2016
I don't trust any technology when it comes to Randomizing things. I once came home listening to my ipod in my car which was on shuffle and proceeded to listen to itunes on my pc while cleaning and it played the exact same songs in order my ipod had in my car. Mind you this was just itunes while my ipod was in the car, so shuffle/randomness doesn't exist in my mind. If I'm going to win/lose I would rather watch the drawing happen live and see with my own eyes instead of taking their word for what

Massachusetts woman arrested for alleged lottery scam
She'll get a slap on the wrist knowing my home state. Going to try to look up her picture to see if the good old ugly stick hit her. Too bad this isn't a Federal crime. Now the IRS scammers have gotten wiser, now they want gift cards from certain places. Microchip technology could really nip this in the butt until the scammers get scanners that is!

Internal investigation concludes Tipton acted alone to rig lottery drawings
Tipton could go work for IGT (International Gaming Technology); the Kentucky lottery where you can buy tickets on line is DOWN AGAIN. He could fix this mess once and for all!! IGT said we're having problems with the KY Lottery and to try again this afternoon.

Why are American lotteries rigged?
Not saying it's not possible, but with the video editing technology that's available to just about anyone these days, how can I be sure this video wasn't tampered with? I'd be much more convinced If I personally had the time and resources to get the original copy straight from the source without any middle man. But again, I'd have another problem on my hand. How would i know the people who made this video weren't in on the scam?

Irish lottery site and ticket machines hit by DDoS attack
Oh, but thelotter WAS hit with a DDoS attack. I talked to them about it as it was happening. So there goes your assumptions. Maybe you should try to believe me. Without patting myself on the back, I'm somewhat of an expert in the technology field.

Iowa Lottery CEO Terry Rich to answer your questions on Lottery Post Monday evening!
music* It's true a computer can be hacked but for the most part this could be prevented if the computer is never connected to the intranet. To shore up the RNG then they could require a rolling access code that required two or more people to enter a password before access was granted at any level. I don't fully trust either method as both have a human element. The technology already exist that could be used to control the numbers drawn. For instance a ball could be designed using
