Sorry to split this up but I didn't want to exceed the time limit again. As far as how the winners are distributed per pack I can tell you that over the last 20 or so years that I have been reading this site that the packs work something like this If there are 3 big winners then the first big winner is in the first 3rd of the tickets and the second one is in the second 3rd with, of course, the third winner being in the third 3rd to avoid getting 2 big winners in the same book.
