i could very well see it expanding to canada in the next couple years and that would mean changing the matrix and it could end up being the first game to have a billion dollar jackpot if the jackpot kept building long enough,i could never see it in mexico due to language barriers.........

Here's a good question. Since Powerball will run out of lotteries in the US to expand to, do you see Powerball expanding to Canada or another American territory in the future? Please state your reasoning for your vote.

Thanks for the insight Todd. With all the other lottery scams you hear about, like those originating in Canada used to milk mainly old people of their life savings, I can see people being wary of online lotteries or those based in foreign countries. It's great you have had a different and more positive experience.But anyway, I think it's a shame the USA can't match El Gordo at least prize-wise.

yeah! i have to agree with guru why bother fixing the game when it has already astronomical odds of winning it ie canada 6/49 1 in 13,983,816 although i will say this a couple of times fixing has crossed my mind when they had a delay in posting the 6/49 numbers due to technical difficulties when it happens it happens when the jackpot has reached 10 million or more hmmmm?

Todd,it is difficult to believe that people fall for this scam but unfortunately it does happen. I have seen the e-mail you posted a few times already this year, it has been around possibly lot longer than that. Hello NBey6, are you saying that the # or #'s that appear in D.C. can also appear in Cali? Because that has happened. For example: 09/02/04 DC midday 339, 09/03/04 DC midday 339. 09/09/04 CA midday 339. Also vice versa seems to happen as well. For example Ontario Canada 09/06/04 099, MI 09/11/04 099.
