The Arkansas Scholarship Lottery experienced an outage Friday, July 21, which affected the sale of draw game tickets. The outage began after a work crew severed two fiber lines near the North Shore Business Park in Little Rock. Hi all The program is almost finished so look for a link late Tuesday evening. I need some time to test it and hope Steve can supply updated databases.
