I am not surprised at all. This is going on in every State, or almost all. Why? No one is watching the 'watchers'. Rigged Lotto means no one will play. I have said forever that the Texas Lotto uses the Store address and the zip code to go with the winning numbers - how do they decide AHEAD of time, since it is usually a Quick Pick? Alright, so I played 308 today and summed it up for the SUM 11 we can never seem to get and, of course, ONE OFF AGAIN !!! JADE, I think the discrepancy you're seeing is just due to the fundamental problem with the lottery industry referring to probability as odds. I posted about this many times before, eg: https://www.lotterypost.com/news/267366/3307806 Basically: probability = chances for / total chances (or x in y) odds = chances for : chances against (or x to y) So for Powerplay, what the lottery calls odds is really the probability: 2x - 1 in 2 (or 5 in 10) 3x - 1 in 3.33 (or 3 in 10)

Not a bad idea RJOh, YET as I said my system produced 4 jackpot wins in 15 months not 4 in a month or even 1 in a month, it produced them over a certain timeframe, so it is very possible one could play for a month straight and not win the jackpot and people have to ask themselves even with those odds how long have they been playing the lottery without a jackot win? I had a couple of friends who could tell you a story or two about their experience behind some guy buying 50 bucks or so worth of tickets straight and coming out. One of my friends who experienced this for the first time did not follow through and buy any tickets. Ooooops ! I've never experienced being behind anyone, but after what happened to me about 6 or 7 years ago would definitely make me want to buy atleast 20 tickets if I saw a guy in front of me purchasing a lot of tix.
