Pools are a good thing. For years I have had a few guys I work with in a pool. I use to run big group lotterys at work, but I just have 1 or 2 now. Think positive are good words RedStang.

I think it is ridiculous to expect any money when you did not contribute your end. That would be rule number one in any pool I ever be apart of. Just gotta suck it up and try to move on. The lottery authority surely isn't going to consider someone a winner just BC they play the same numbers every week but the numbers come out the one time they decide not to play. Same rules apply.

This is a good test for any Keno game if the numbers are trully random. For every 22 numbers expect from 0-10 numbers at most!!! I am always trying to reduce the odds somehow in order to increase the winnings to 12-14 numbers. Very diffucult though!!! Any recommendation are welcome...It doen't have to be on the next draw, consider it for the next 15-20 draws with the 22 pool of the same numbers... I believe this is a method to crack the thing...

I was wondering that myself. I've been buying our pool tics. $12 worth, but I have picked the numbers lately, and I don't buy the megaplier. I haven't got the free tic, so I think to get the free tic I have to buy 5 tics w/ the megaplier to equal $10, to qualify for the freebie.

So you would rather for each $1.00 ticket you purchase have to pay $1.39 per ticket to cover the cost of taxes on the chance that you might win the jackpot. I for one would rather keep a dollar a dollar and if I win then I will pay the taxes. I have no desire to pay into the tax pool for someone else's win.

When I buy large amount of tickets for work lottery pool, I usually will go to different stores to purchase them. One time I bought just 10 tickets, and 3 consecutive lines had the same 3 numbers. But look at the optimistic side, what if those 3 numbers is part of the winning numbers and you happen to have the other 2 or 3 numbers!
