Illinois Lottery sales lowest in two years
Our winners will be paid, Illinois Lottery Superintendent B.R. Lane said. After nearly three months of withholding payments due to the state budget impasse, the Illinois Lottery said it's not if winners will get their cash -- but when.
The Illinois Lottery saw a significant drop in ticket sales from September to October, which coincides with the state budget stalemate.
Because they're not sure when they'll be paid, our players are buying fewer tickets. It's really that simple, Lane said.

Payout situation getting worse for Illinois lottery winners
Suspends lottery payouts for winners of $600 or more
Feeling like you've hit the jackpot through the Illinois Lottery? Well, think again.
State officials announced Wednesday that winners who are due to receive more than $600 won't get their money until the state's ongoing budget impasse is resolved. Players who win up to $600 can still collect their winnings at local retailers.
In a statement, the Illinois Lottery said that its account for writing out checks to winners would be exhaust

RL,
I'm with you on the .DLL part. Its what got me to looking in the systems32 folder.
Of course, I quit being an expert when they built the first pentium and started using hardware trackers........LMAO
It's a strange thing. Never had one of your programs that would not run on the first try. Never had to fiddle with the NTVDM (NT Virtual DOS Machine) setting either.
Like Steve said, and I did find, Microsoft had a KB release on NTVDM but no one seems to know what it was or why. That

Michigan woman nearly throws away $100,000 winning lottery ticket
Astute clerk steps in to save woman throwing out ticket
An aware store clerk saved an Oakland County, Michigan, woman from throwing away a $100,000 winning lottery game ticket.
Melissa Dean said she bought two Triple Your Luck tickets at the Smokers Express on West Pontiac Trail in Novi. She won $15 on one of the tickets, but she didn't think the other ticket was a winner, according to a news release from the Michigan Lottery.
I scratched the ticket and didn't think it was a winner, so

Thank you Matt! The $10 Frenzy's seem to be saturated with SUPER's all paying $10 - I
don't recall getting more than that when I found a super. The $5 Frenzy's are very, very hit
or miss. If a hit is there it's normally the $5 back. They've been out awhile and that was my
first burst on the $5 and you know I'll buy them at 2 - 4 tickets for the $5's. That says a lot
I think. I know the count for that level prize is high in the release but aside from mine, I
don't know where the he

Florida Scratch Offs - Post Pictures if posible
I think what they mean with that asterik is that when the game originally began in 2013, there was a total of 24,000,000 tickets that were originally delivered to the Florida Lottery per the rules/odds of the game. 100X was supposed to have 4 Top Prizes and 36 $1M Prizes. This equates to about 1 Top prize every 6,000,000 tickets and 9 $1M prizes every 6,000,000. Think of every 6,000,000 as a batch to when the game first started, there were 4 batches initially delivered which the lottery could ch

By Todd Northrop
A Des Moines, Iowa, man claimed a $1 million Powerball prize Monday morning, a day after his winning ticket was nearly lost.
Pete Kemp of Des Moines said he had his winning ticket checked at a Cash Saver supermarket on Fleur Drive Sunday, but during the process of getting paperwork from the lottery terminal, the clerk accidentally threw away his ticket.
Kemp said he realized the mistake within seconds and went back into the store, where the clerk was able to retrieve hi
