I am using a similar approach for the Weekly Lottery Forecast, particularly the PICK 3 and PICK 4 forecast for the USA and Canada.Predicting results for more than one lottery has always been an interesting topic. This pigeon drop scam is described at http://www.newsmax.com/archives/articles/2004/2/24/92635.shtml. I read of a bigger loss in Toronto, Canada recently. It seems this scam is effective anywhere by exploiting not only people's greed, but people's willingness to help.

TN's Rapid Travelers
Hey there, have you noticed how quickly TN's draws are traveling across the states. Their first draw 566 on 03/01/04 traveled same night to CA, IN. Then on 03/02/04 the TN draw was 102. On 03/03/04 102 (boxed) traveled to Quebec Ontario Canada as 210 then to Virginia as 201. Will last night's draw 569 on 03/03/04 travel immediately as well?

I don't like the so call Advertised Jackpot. In Canada,England when thay say 10 M it means 10 M.No taxes,nothing.And in here,when they say 230 M,how much you going to get? Only one third.Don't lure people by big number.Be more honest.....

giotonia:I live in NY as well, I wish the tax was still that low. I have the luxury of living near the border with Canada, so I can just cross over the border and getting the same goods less expensive, less taxed. I wish I could do the same with the lotto tickets....

Thanks. I agree, lottery winnings are doubly taxed, first when they take 40 cents or more each dollar when you buy a ticket, then when you win you must pay 33% or so of your jackpot back to the government. They shouldn't be allowed to have it both ways. Once again, Canada is more enlighted than the primitive, greedy USA.
