I'm using Windows 10 - 32 bit Kaspersky Internet Security 2017 I had to disable Anti-Virus and Application Control DMP-HT installed. Kaspersky did throw up a message where I was able to Skip and proceed with the installation. In conclusion using the above method I was able to install DMP-HT. I think it depends on what/if you have a certain anti virus program running in the background. Programs like Kaspersky will detect a file as a false positive.
