I also feel that this is a scam. There was an Admin on another Website, while not running a Lottery Scam perse, did do a trick where he acted like he predicted the winning Lottery Winnings before the drawing, but didn't play. Lo and behold, when the Lottery Drawing showed up, his Lottery predictions were right. His trick was that as an Admin, he had special editing privileges that normal Posters didn't have. So, when the drawing came up, he merely edited his post to make it look like he predicte
