I was just watching Masterchef on HULU, and one guy who won the previous challenge got to choose which of the three themes the rest of the challengers had to cook for the next challenge. The three themes were from Spain, France, and England. The guy chose France. I think if they raise the prize of each ticket from 1 dollar to 2 dollars, each year the jackpot will reach around 750 million and if they raise the ticket to 3 dollars it will definately reach to 1 billion dollars once a year....I champion the idea that they should raise the ticket from 1 dollar to at least 2 or 3 dollars....Some people may disagree with me...If they were to merge MM PB and keep the price of each ticket to 1 dollar i say the jackpot will reach 1 billion dollars every 4 or 5 m

In some parts of the world, humans are used more directly to select the winning numbers. Whether being asked to be a button presser that activates the trap doors at some draws here in Canada...or people used in dangerous ways, like in the Orient where professional archers are used to shoot arrows at giant spinning wheels to get the winning numbers.
