RL's DMP-HT lottery tool is ready for download
Add this line with the extra commas, not sure how these got left off but I will check the code.
There must be the game name plus 28 commas in the line or an error will pop up. These are
where all the user settings are stored.

KENO System in the works
HEY EVERYONE!!!! So quick update i've wrote a program to compile over 40k drawings but it has an error and wont break past that point for some reason. I think it was the internet so ive got a new provider and upgraded my bandwidth! So this week I should have the rest of it done.
Now what this means is i can start working more of my systems and see what is hitting and what not.
Also i'll be able to use the program to gather all your keno numbers in your state :) if you would like and I can

I'm pretty confident they gave the correct information on the $20 Monopoly Millionaire game because I remember them posting the final $3M prize winning ticket on Instagram. Here's the picture that they posted:
The $20 Monopoly Millionaire ticket is indeed in the 693k book range, 50k lower than the end of the print. You bring up a good point that this book could have been withheld until the very end. There was also a second place prize of $500k that went unclaimed on the game aft

I agree it would be tough with the driving, definitely not impossible. The number of books active is quite a bit smaller than the number listed as received. Also, we have to keep in mind that some of these books might not exist due to an error in recordkeeping, or you might have challenge of persuading a stubborn store clerk who may have it in stock but believes in the fallacy that it is only possible for their store to have the newest games in stock. I've had this happen on several occasions on

HP Pavillion Computer And DMP
Well.......
Maybe rather than try to install DMP from a stick, I should copy all the files to the hard drive and try to install it from there.
What gives me this idea is I just installed the newest version of QB64. On my first try I attempted to put it in a different folder. Gave me an IDE controller error. When I went back and let it make its own folder (in Downloads) it works just fine.
That's more a reflection on Windows 10 than anything else.
I agree with RL. Sounds like a softwa

Neural Net Lottery Picker
Hi Gambler667:
My personal experience is spend many MANY hours, with trial and error.
In the beginning is very frustrating, but finally when you find the right settings(for your game),you can see how the program its works and begin to predict the right numbers!.(at least in my own experience).
Every game has its own settings...
I hope this helps.

No history lessons being given here, CaselaDiamonds! I'm not a history Professor and I don't profess to be one . However, this is precisely the information you get when you google it on Wikipedia, which is exactly what I suggested be done - I didn't write this information, it's there for anyone to see for themslves, including YOU!
This is just what happens when people repeat what they have heard instead of researching the pertinent information for themselves - or an error has been made and

British Columbia Lottery taking bets on US election
Heritage did put forward the idea of an individual mandate, though it predated HillaryCare by several years. We know this because we were there: In 1988-90, we were employed at Heritage as a public relations associate (a junior writer and editor), and we wrote at least one press release for a publication touting Heritage s plan for comprehensive legislation to provide universal quality, affordable health care. As a junior publicist, we weren t being paid for our personal opinions. But we are no

Do you believe every combination has the same probability?
Then seek help right away.
As far as over the course of many years statement you wrote in your second paragraph, you're obviously not a serious player, so anything you write is moot.
Yes, the final outcome of the 8th result can come in my favor, but THE WHOLE GOAL in perfecting the prediction process is by methods, not luck. You don't learn by luck alone. Trial and error is the key.
I am very persistent about pre testing, even without actual data. You'd be correct on the data requests,

Has anyone ever formulated a winning lottery system that generated consistent profit? If no, that's a very good indication lottery drawings are likely close to random. But even if not fully random, that's still of limited usefulness. Typical Pick-X lottery games have a house advantage of ~40-50%. That's a huge hurdle for any system to beat.
Speaking of Tennessee and lack of doubles due to computer programming error. From what I recall, even if a player was aware of the issue and attempted to
