Wisconsin man repeats same feat of winning multiple lottery jackpots
And who always wins the fixed jackpots? Liberal infested southern Wisconsin that's who! Milwaukee is literally practically a little California

Wisconsin man repeats same feat of winning multiple lottery jackpots
Even when everyone playing the Massachusetts Windfall game knew of its flaws most couldn't afford to gamble the amount needed to take advantage of them. I suspect the same may be true in this case. Nothing was mentioned about the amount of money Adamson spent on tickets. In spite of winning multiple jackpots he might be doing good to just break even.

Wisconsin man repeats same feat of winning multiple lottery jackpots
Now that someone who has actually won several jackpots says there is a formula for picking winning combinations the theory has some creditability and there will be others like you trying to do the same thing.

For those who complain about what states win
The Only logical reason CA wins this many Jackpots is because we put up the MOST money. When any other resident of a State other than CA wins... they are beneficiaries of California's Largess.

Powerball heats up with $317 million jackpot
You mean what is the winner going to do with his/her, mostly likely his $157,949,600 after taxes. Ever wonder why mostly men claim the really big jackpots? Usually there's a woman tagging along when he does claim it. I would like to see a women claim it with a man tagging along when she claimed it.

how much do you spend
the real question is how much can you afford to lose ea week. as thats the most likely result. i had a plan to be in every draw, but recently changed it, so that some draws when the jackpots are low, i leave it out for a few weeks. this should reduce my overall spending. the results i compile below are the 3 pools that i run, so my personal cost is around 1/3rd of the totals

For those who complain about what states win
All l know is that NC/SC almost pulled it off last night. So much for only big State lottery players bringing home the jackpots.

General question on lottery drawing procedures
Yes well most store clerks are overworked and underpaid, and are just told to learn the lotto machine which is kind of complicated. They don't get any training from the lottery headquarters as you might think, and when jackpots get up to 100 or 200 million they've got lines going down the street. oh well nobody cares i guess?!

Powerball is kicking it up-10 millionaires were made tonight!!.
I suppose there are those who are motivated to play only when they see skyrocketing jackpots. One can only hope MUSL knows what it is doing because the whole thing could backfire real bad

I read the info regarding upcoming changes and yea i agree that changing the setup will hurt ticket sales with lower jackpots no doubt. i think the matrix should stay where it is. if they want to change something then just change the powerplay itself only to new format and add the second drawing like they plan using existing matrix instead of making things worse.
