Lottery prediction using Python's Numpy (Some one pitch in?)
Hi,
The main reason of this post, is to hopefully find help (from someone) in finishing the algorithm to find patterns in previous lottery draws in order to predict future numbers.
This algorithm is still not complete. But to answer your question, the outlook of the algorithm is to find hidden variables in order to compute predictions with zero error, such using Artificial Intelligence.
In choosing the numbers, I have found that prior numbers drawn prior to the day of game play, provide

RL's T-Lex program download, free software
I am looking at the Steps-1 code and think I might have found the problem. The error seems to be in the
steps-1 program tied to the lexie conversion code where the last digit is sometimes not calculated correctly.
This code must be really old because I ran across this years back and fixed it. Somehow this version of the
steps never got the fix.

I know the bottom line on the list is wrong as it takes two lines to make the calculation so they are always
printed as C but I have not seen a problem anywhere else. Can you post a picture showing the error as I
don't have time to dig into it right now.

Just figured out how and why 700 wasn't in the OLD digit 7 doubles group. I filterd out the last LDR hit yesterday which was ,,,sum 7 !
That little trick saved me a very big .50cents ,, oh boy! Pilot error.
Now, here are the oldest digit 7 doubles mid SC

How the lottery generates the ticket numbers
The story referenced by JadeLottery is almost certainly in error. Assuming it is, it's a safe bet that the reporter got accurate info from the lottery spokesman and then screwed it up. Just about every reliable source says that the terminal generates the numbers, and the job of the central computer is to create a record of each play and after that record is created authorize the terminal to generate the ticket.
I'm not sure what you think is difficult to prevent. If you think it would be diff

Luckiest States
Powerball reports that 70% of jackpot winners had quick pick tickets, feel free to go back and find something different.
What sort of bias could a quick pick ticket have? There are no better or worse sets of numbers. There could be an excess of duplicates but that only impacts the jackpot and could result in more jackpot rollovers than expected. But every ticket it generated would still have exactly the same 1 in 292 million chance of winning.
Think about this for a moment, what
