It's possible the numbers skewing high in some raffles is due to a glitch of some sort, or maybe it's simply random variation. There's no simple way to really know, and that's the crux of the issue. When I say banned, I mean to prohibit by legal mean. In a so called capitalist country, if I want to spend my money on a lottery game in another state, than that should be legal, as I demand to do it, and there is a supply. Skyline Thanks for the heads up, This program is malware free, it is a stand alone program and does not have the ability to access the net. I do have a version that has a live update but that option was removed from this program. The program won't change any window settings and everything it uses is located inside the C:\T-LEX folder.
