I have to agree with fia and rjoh. In the last 3 and one half years ,I have won over 300,000 dollars winning at the little lotto in the state of Illinois. lol!!!

Any RNG will print out a winner if you run it long enough. The trick is to do it within an affordable amount of numbers and the odds of that happening is no better than any other way of picking you numbers. Cheatah in the pass has post over 300 lines for a lottery and the results were no better than any other post.RJOh

I can see where that might be a problem. Ohio is in the process of changing their cards from 10 boards per card to 5 boards per card for both Buckey5 and Super Lotto and the card readers sometime have trouble reading either. In addition the card reader reads the card based on guide marks printed on the cards where the printer prints the card using the edge of the card as a guide. If the cards are trimmed differently in the manufacturing process they will print differently and may not be read
