libra Happy Hump Day! I wish you hadn't mentioned Heineken, as I am beginning to get a hankerin' for a cold one right about now, and I still have a couple of hours to go before quittin' time. No worry about the Hummer...I think they are overpriced gas-guzzlers. A friend of mine has one and I was NOT impressed.

Wow, Calabs, wish i could play that online:-) LOL..When you look at a square like that, example~ the 413 that hit tonite, in the corners, so look at corners, straight across, diagonal,, etc.. It's just for comparing to your other workouts, i run like 4 LOL..and little stuff here and there.. Trips are abound THE MOON it always messed the flow up..
