i do like that idea. i think powerball should use the match 5 bonus to fund bonus jackpots instead, but then again, when is powerball going to reach a new record next?

Numbers change on a Daily basis....so I never look at a group of combinations for an entire week. Keep record of what does play and keep in mind that most numbers will play before they reach 5 games out from last time played.A large part of the time 2 digits come from within the last 4 games with 1 digit 5 or more games out. Other times all 3 digits come from within last 4 games. Sometimes only 1 digit from last 4 games and 2 digits 5+ game out. Track the facts!

In texas you must report(redeem) winning tickets worth $600 or more at an official lottery office where you will be required to pay your appropriate taxes before you get paid. So if you can win with tickets less than $600(pick3) you can cash your winning tickets in at any store that sells lottery tickets without having to report at all. Yep....just a different name for it. Lot of people keep record of how many games it's been since a digit has played, however, they dont really pay any attention to the levels themselves. They just know that a certain digit is so many games out and that's it. I track the facts.

But, I would still want to remain anonymous as much as possible and not hold a press conference.Unfortunately, VA Lottery rules require not only that the winner's name and hometown be public record, but they are required to hold a press conference if they win the jackpot.
