For us, we have three 2nd chance games - Scratchers, Fantasy 5, and SuperLotto. As Stack mentions, we get a voucher for Fantasy 5 2nd chance codes, so they're not draw tickets. With Scratchers, only losing tickets are accepted into the system; if you try to enter a winning ticket, you'll get a red error message saying you entered a wrong code or the ticket may be a winner (a good double check mechanism). Also, those are just basic stats that have wide margins of error. Nothing to write home about. Trust me, I've dealt with this stuff since 1989.
