Well, I finally found a thread that explains what's up with the NC Lottery. I was looking through other threads and found this: https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/358504 by tokecap...It reads: We are tracking a shift from a balanced base structure to a high-tension Top-Heavy structure in the North Carolina Pick 3 game. Hello; Checking in from Ontario Canada. Was wondering, what did your little gizmo cost you and do you do any sorts of back testing with those numbers selected by the device to see if any of your picks are potential winners. There are tons of free resources online which probably are just as reliable but when its all said and done if the lottery gods don't favour us its all for naught. Anyways, good luck!

I'm mostly not worried about risks as a result of winning the lottery, but $50 a week for fine chocolates being chump change could have a downside. Maybe I'd be more likely to pay $5 for a package of Thomas' English muffins at our usual grocery store, but no matter how much money I had I think they'd still seem wildly overpriced. Other than that I don't imagine my eating habits would change much. I'll often buy the cheaper version of some things, but only if it's good. The extra $2 for real Oreo

I think I beg to differ on why MM is falling behind. I wouldn't call it bad luck some fellow just happened to match all the numbers and they got super lucky and win the jackpot. The intention of these games is for someone to win. I don't think it's upon them to decided as to when someone can win.
