Minnesota Lottery adds age verification to vending machines
Same thing with alcohol, there are people willing to buy it for you.
The thing with alcohol is that you don't need to redeem it to drink it .
Now, when that minor who bought a ticket wins the jackpot or whoever the minor sends in the store, then the guys back at lottery security check the cameras to make sure that the ticket holder is the actual winner and not a friend of Eddie Tipton, suddenly mom and dad are not the person on the frame and then the whole shenanigans begin and everyone

The Hoosier Daily 3 is Rigged
The lottery has no incentive to cheat you and make you lose. In the long run, you're going to lose anyway.
The incentive for cheating lies with people who try to use the lottery to win themselves money, such as the latex painted balls in PA or the Eddie Tipton scam.
The people who run the lottery don't get the keep any money they could get from cheating the players. They are paid a salary to run a game that only the state benefits from. What's their incentive for trying to thwart players

Lotto Texas winner sues betting company and couriers, claims he was cheated out of $100M jackpot
Had a group known as Rook TX not spent almost $26 million to buy nearly every number combination in a Lotto Texas drawing ...
The cash value of the prize would have been approximately $8 million less than it was.
Had the defendants not engaged in their illegal money laundering and game-rigging scheme ...
It would be a shame if he lost what he did win defending and losing a lawsuit for defamation.
Remember that big fat slob, Eddie Tipton
You mean the guy that worked for the

Numerous State Lottery holdouts
Always thought it was common knowledge if there are 1000 different outcomes, each have a 1 in 1000 chance of being drawn. We both know because of the payoff structure, the desired outcome must be drawn twice in 1000 drawings just to break even.
It's similar to a raffle that sells 1000 chances each for a dollar, keeps $500, and pays the winner $500. Most legal lotteries publish annual reports and some show how much was wagered on each game and how much was paid out. Many sell over $1 million

Texas Lottery says NJ group tried to buy another Lotto Texas jackpot
Texas lottery need to start their investigation with, why a business located in a business strip that sell only board games has 12 lottery machines? the foot traffic is slow. No one is going to a business district after 5:00 pm to buy lottery tickets. Who authorized the machines installed.
Since the con Eddie Tipton fixed the lottery machines has anyone really review the software.
Lotto Texas has two or three winners per year, why is that? When the lotto game began years ago there were m

Winner who claimed half of $395 million Mega Millions jackpot sues California Lottery for other half
Good luck.
In Colorado it is legal for the lottery or casino to pay out only 1/3 of a prize and there is nothing the winner can do about it.
This is due to the only legitimate winner of the powerball game in which three people won but two were assocites of eddie tipton who rigged the game for over a decade.
The case went all the way to the ssc who ruled that the third winner was the legal winner and that they were entitled to the other 2/3rds of the prize butthat the s

Virginia: 8/1 - 8/31/2024
The thing is, they don't just walk in, flip the machine on and do the draw. They have a procedure they go through each draw. They do two pre-draw draws to test the machine, then the draw that counts for us, then another draw to verify that the machine was working properly. And they have to log the results of the non-live draws and verify proper operation of the machine between each. If the slightest thing goes wrong, their instructions are to halt the draw immediately, post the delay notice, and

Millionaire for Life multi-state lottery game to replace Cash4Life and Lucky for Life in February
Since FL is not jumping on the $5/ticket bandwagon, I guess I'll just have to miss Cash For Life. Just barely missed two 2 second prizes in Dec 2024. Only game that has reasonable odds to win enough money to be comfortable for a long time.
I wouldn't be able to afford the $25 a draw to pick a set of numbers everyday and cover all the Cash Balls like I can do for $8 now, so I might have only played one ticket 3 or 4 times a week.
HOWEVER...they could raise the jackpot as they have and le

Lottery is not random it's predetermined
The employees in the PA scandal and Eddie Tipton were rigging the lottery to benefit themselves and their friends.
Not sure if the OP believes this, but I've seen this stated before, that state lotteries rig their games to benefit the lottery itself .
The difference is that the lottery employees who rig the games for themselves don't care if other people win. They didn't go through all the tickets played and then pick numbers that no one else picked. They picked winning numbers they alre
