When you find that you have lost yourself or frustrated with the lottery. And I live in Canada. So what I do is I take a break from the lottery. Sometime's for up to a week. I used to play one ticket of each, for every drawing. I am scaling back. I haven't set my new budget yet but my previous budget was $29 a week. I may bring that down to $14 a week maybe.
