Dude stop with the conspiracy theories there is no cheating going on. As far as locking people out of playing quads such as 4444. The lottery is only allow to sell a certain amount of each number before it has to stop sell that number. This is why the clerk or a machine will not sell repeating number on a certain days because it is already sold out. The incentive for cheating lies with people who try to use the lottery to win themselves money, such as the latex painted balls in PA or the Eddie Tipton scam. I think we've hear this all the time. It's the old, since the lottery isn't picking my numbers that means they are cheating. My proof is self evident. If they aren't picking my numbers they are cheating! End of story.
