Your logic is flawed and who knows if Indiana didn't have corruption going on. We talk about big states getting more wins shouldn't that count for big cities within those states? We read stories about Eddie Tipton and think that is a one in a million and that's the only corruption going on; sorry i'm not that naive. Any person with a logical mind would find a needle (Morro Bay 10,500 pop) in a haystack (California 39.6M) believable but TWICE is infinitesimal.

I also know there is some corruption in politics, sports, corporations, clergy, boy scouts, police departments, and God knows what else.Implying that all cops are corrupt is wrong. with this pick 4 never having winners and now the scratch off scam i have to say the indiana lottery must be corrupt,has to be...........i mean like jeff said in other states your seeing multiple winners everyday and tens of thousands in winnings and then you got indiana never having a winner and then maybe 4 or 5 thousand won in a day then you got the scratch off scam,those lottery officials in indiana need to be questioned and probed,jeff i'd see about maybe getting with a few other disgruntle

I'm of the opinion today's lotteries are free from scandal when it comes to the conduct of the lottery itself regardless of what happens elsewhere in the system. The corruption, bonuses, and other scandals can and will prdvent or deflect lottery profits reaching their intended goal, but, to the player, the conduct of the game must remain without a hint of tinkering and/or corruption.gljohn
