Hi my name is Howard Drummond. A few months ago I won a jackpot at Jake's tavern on se Milwaukee Ave in Portland Oregon. I won it on the second machine from the door on a game called huff n puff during the bonus it gave me the major jackpot it payed $1500 and printed out a ticket right away. My friend Tim spreager was with me when I won. i see you submit a lot of public comments to the oregon lottery commission meetings https://www.oregonlottery.org/about/how-we-operate/commission-and-director-info/ but a person has to submit a public records request to see them. you should post all your public comments on your substack too.

Look I'm not here to have you think that you know me enough to be advising me on what I should or shouldn't be doing. Not that I need to explain in anymore detail to you the situation but I play vp about 10 to 12 times per year. Yes $1500 would be very useful for my family as it would be for most families. But just for my own piece of mind I have never nor would I ever use money to gamble instead of using it for something my family needs. The oregon lottery is acting like I done something wrong
