I wouldn't hold my breath. Whenever the government says: We are temporarily raising your taxes or temporarily reducing the jackpot prize because of ... , don't believe it. Chances are that they are still making a killing. Unless people protest and reduce their playing amounts, I don't see them raising the Jackpot back up.
