So, you admit there's the possibility of seeing patterns and sequences where numbers events repeat themselves because it's generated in a containment of space and time? If it can work for 1 ball, it can work for 5 more balls. The numbers on the balls means nothing...if anything, it helps to predict, more so! Ney1 is correct and you are wrong, a good sign you did not pay any attention while watching the video..! The order in which lotto numbers are drawn does NOT determine winning numbers at all, instead, the machine uses the previous position of each number to pick numbers thus explaining why lottery numbers appear random during each draw and partly why they repeat. You are just arguing but you have nothing to show to prove any of your points at all. Therefore, Ney1 is correct in everything

All about Encore. Sounds like Encore is essentially a completely separate game but you can only buy it when buying a ticket in another game. If that's the case it sounds like the group's free ticket didn't win anything, but the Encore add-on the guy paid for himself won a prize. In that case I'd say the guy did nothing legally wrong unless the group always buys Encore when buying a ticket. If they don't there's may be a reasonable argument that he should have consulted them about adding it

I just use the plus sign, the minus sign, the multiplication sign, and the division sign. And honestly, I always come up with something. I use past draws yes. The only thing for me to really figure out is how many times one particular 'system' doesn't work. I try to only look for straight hits, which would include pairs.
