Sure past draws do count in the lottery and that is the format I used in predicting future draws. Base on my observation for over 15 years I've used yesterday results to predict todays draw. For example check up the PA lottery Treasure hunts game and you will noticed every individual number moves with a specific for a giving period. Hmmm, so you're testing a position/exact order strategy. If you know 177 is coming in exact order for the day drawing even after 771 hit for the day drawing on the 12th, then stick to the strategy. The hot and cold numbers I base on a few things , I'll usually start out with a base count of the last 3-4 weeks of how many times a number has showed in that period from numbers 0-9. To be honest I follow U But the chart in the green blocks I just try to match the number around it. Like yesterday I had 430 exact no combo then I had been waiting for the 931 that number is around the 403. May I suggest that u base the numbers around your theory and play from the chart
