Mike I don't know who's running Indiana's lottery or for how long the supposed corruption has been going on. All I know about it is what I read or heard in the news. Now that is out in the open if criminal activity is taken place then someone will end up before a judge. Or be fired. The governor is the head of all lottery related affairs so it would be up to him to deal with the problem. i'll throw my two cents in i think most state lotteries are mostly legit,BUT i do think the indiana lottery is rigged and rigged big time,too many things happening there here lately pointing at corruption,i think also that the computerized states could easily be taken advantage of and the computers could be tampered with if someone with enough smarts kept quiet and didn't go overboard.as far as scratch offs the people at the companies that make these could easily whisper into someones ear hey bu

Todd,I can't envision any state having a scheme to not pay out any prize money because someone who would talk. Lottogenie: that would definately make more sense from a business point of view, no doubt about it. However, if there was anyone that knew where the big tickets were being placed, that would lead to so much corruption, not to mention breaking a few lottery laws.
