5 Reasons You Don't Really Want to Win all that Lottery Money
CT, hows it going, you reminded me of when i got called to jury duty way back over 15 years.
a guy from Iraq pulled a fake S F, surv. had him on video as he staked out the spot, one of those standing ashtrays w/ the pink sand,
after walking past it a few times he scooped some of the sand on the floor, then laid down and started yelling for help,
i recall it cause i was called on the jury, told the judge i worked in a casino and know what goes on in the security ofc.
the judge said, yo

$540 MILLION: Mega Millions buying frenzy sparks another jackpot increase
My McMansion will have ZERO fuel costs. My Shack will be totally self sufficient.
I'm sure that it won't be about money. Having $233,700,000 after taxes cost won't be an issue.
But security WILL be. Imagine sitting in your palace, then a power outage hits.
Not so nice. In may place when the power goes out life will go on exactly as it did before the outage.
I will stay cool or warm. I will have a cool beverage and sit back watching TV, or take a nice dip in the pool.
I will have a

If you won, what would you buy?
Not so annoyed as much as bored.
However to put in my 2 cents.....I would definitely have a full time professional assistant, cleaner, and housekeeper/chef for starters.
Would hire a trusted, with excellent references security specialist/driver when needed. All the other trimmings are a given, the estate, imported
luxury sports vehicles...BLAH.....BLAH.....BLAH. Oh and my own private jet of course. Had my flying license in my twenties, let it expire over the years.
Would also l

State cuts lottery winner's benefits
Something is not right with her story, I know someone who has 2 kids and works part time, she collects $265.00 per person thats $795.00 per month, she gets no cash.
She owns the first house, maybe she inherited it, but how does she pay for insurance, electricity, gas, water, etc.
She probably has a job, working under the table, most times when you work under the table, someone is doing you a favor, to help hide income because, you are collecting, welfare, unemployment or your dodging child

Cheating FL Lottery Store Retailer
I know it happens, but I think they can legally purchase them just as we can. I have had the same thing happen to me, and even worse. I went to one station and purchased $10 Jingle Jumbo Bucks #007, scratched it, lost, got a couple of free tickets, and I got down to #002. I told the clerk I wanted the last two tickets, he just told me that I had purchased the last to tickets. I said no, rolls end in 000, not 002. He finally admitted that the owner liked to buy the first two tickets, and that was

Returning a lotto ticket.
Watch out for the wanna-be's - like in CT, the guy who swore they were his numbers.
I'd return it but would want to know a few key pieces of information...which someone said something about
the store cameras (good idea if the tapes were running) - I'd want to know the time of the ticket purchase
too.
If they had a quick pick, chances are they don't know the numbers. To get to the very bottom of the case,
a person could always incorporate the services of the Iowa security departmen

Returning a lotto ticket.
You speak the truth Coin Toss.
When claiming a second prize for Powerball a few years back, I presented my signed ticket with photo I.D., and SS#.
The first question they asked was where did you purchase your ticket?
A person who legitimately purchased a winning ticket should remember these security issues upon reporting it lost.
The lottery ticket is a bearer instrument. Unlike currency however, if you could prove the time/date/location and other pertinent information abou

Are pre-draws corrupting your lottery strategy ?
probably ego mainly. a lot of good people her have worked on the lottery with good intentions and shall i say very hard, for many years, so they feel they're above the Simpletons who come along. how dare they question me...lol
anyways, i'm sure they mean well, but like you ststed, it's a simple concept. don't put so much thought into it.
btw, in my new thread i started tonight with the texas challenge, i clearly wrote a disclaimer because despite my greatest efforts with pre draw numbers,

Are pre-draws corrupting your lottery strategy ?
No it does not prevent it from breaking down the next time you use it.
Testing equiptment is the theory you want it to break down while testing not when using it
huh? ok, if you use that logic, let's say it breaks down, do they fix it and reuse it, or change machines? If they choose to fix it and reuse it, there is no guarantee it won't break agai during the real draw. If they decide to use another machine, and pre-test, this also won't guarantee a breakdown during the real draw.
