Now to be truthfull I spent $4 more dollars on tickets to get the wins so $24 bucks on this run. Jackpot would have to exceed $2.1 Billion for the cash value to go over the magical $1 Billion mark. Many folks including myself only validate the cash value so even if the annuity hit $3 billion I would still choose the cash option because with inflation this rampant there's no telling what the dollar would be worth? a 400K home today could easily exceed over $3 million in 30 years.

Odd question that I am curious about too. I know you can create a lotto club and split the prize however you want. The question though, do all the members of the lotto club have to take the same payout if one wants the annuity and one wants the cash?
