When I look at the QP, isn't winning it considered destiny? It's hard to articulate my thinking here, but I will do the best I can. Stores that play the lotto have a RNG machine. Let's say the winner came from a gas station in Michigan. Now the way I look it is this, the winner isn't the ticket, it's the RNG machine.
