3/4 Cha Cha Cha More On The Missing Digit(s)
I have given all that I can.
lesonook, I can see the problem that you are having. As to why you keep asking the same questions over over. You are not paying attention. You must pay attention look more closely as to what you are doing.
You are trying to get to the end result before taking the time to do the steps that will get you to the end result not once but many times over.

Clerk's lottery ticket error wins woman $1 million
I'm with you maringoman, if I won a Jackpot and I lived in a state that allows winners to be anonymous, I wouldn't even return to the store where I bought the ticket. Unfortunately for me, I dont live in a state that allows winners of multi-million dollar jackpots to remain anonymous.
I dont know if The State of Kentucky forced Pam to come forward or not, but IMHO, this particular situation kind of forces Pam to do something for the clerk. The story of the clerk's error was all over the news.

I suggest you monitor the discussion and systems area.
I learned all I know from reading about various methods and adapting to the state I am in.
It takes a lot of time to teach and most people just don't have the time.
I also suggest that you start with looking at your midday and eve stacks. Many hits come up and down the stacks withi the past 3 to 5 draws. The hits also come from what goes on in your play 4.
Not all systems work everywere so it will be trial and erro

Pennsylvania Treasure Hunt 12/4/2010
I won the Pick-5 in 2002, and got $6,300 only , and with less weird numbers.
This is the issue with computerized games (which the PA TH is) - results like that can be either just how the random numbers came out or a programming bug that kicked in only on that day. I theorize it got stuck at 01 and since it can't repeat digits it just started with each next digit 02 through 05.
AM THINKING: why it got stuck: whatever subroutine mixes the numbers randomly, encountered an error and returned b

Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
I tried 2 Jingle Bell Doublers - #138 and #139 - and surprise! $4 was the win on #138. Just can't get more than $4 on those NEW games.
And the way Cash Fever's been, I'm better off trying Merry Millionaire again. After #20, Cash Fever's ridiculously barren. And #14-17 also win nothing anymore.
Also, nothing between the low 90s and #103 or so seems to win on BWS. Chances of a bad area are so great in the game that Money Money Money is probably the better bet to win, but the prizes are lower

Lucky and unlucky Scratch-off ticket numbers
Yes, I saw that on the lottery home page. I was wondering if they replenished the prizes, but they never do that. Definitely misleading if they did not, and they should be told about the error. Thanks for the tip - last time I got #29 I lost, but it could win for me, too.
Finally won $100 again on Cash Fever on ticket #5. However, #1, 4, and 14 lost, so my profit was diminished. Won $15 on BWS #87 - the eighties seem to be one of the few areas where I've won on it. #34 Money Money Money lost.

My digit system for pick-5 or pick-6 lottery
Sorry RL,
I noticed one silly error i.e. Double Even should be of course 1 number only that's 22, number 3 out for 2 reasons- not double even and only 1 below 10 should be chosen.
So final selection is following:
01- 10- 11- 14- 16- 22- 23- 31- 32- 33
All the best

Statistically Speaking - QP's and PP's
I am not under or subject to the Law given to Israel. The error of application is due to the lack of handling skills and ignorance. In other words, it is not written to me and does not apply- no matter how many have abused it in the past. I was a gentile and outside of the scope of the ministry of Christ to the lost sheep of Israel. There is a new will and the gospels are old testament and addressed to ISRAELITES. He is not on that cross you worship.

Mistake on lottery ticket would have won $30M jackpot
A guy who used to work for me once bought a mistake . He was playing Pick3, and to save time sometimes bought a weeks worth on one trip to the store. The clerk misunderstood, and printed 5 for the same day. Per procedure, the clerk asked if he wanted to void them and he nearly jumped out of his skin to tell her no .
He said, this is karma , and he was right. He quintupled his win because of the error.
Like RJ said, however, you have the same chance with mistakes. I've been playing and payi
