Collecting Big Winnings
I never said that, only that it takes about 2 weeks to process. Still, getting a check by mail is safe. I totally agree that sending your ticket(s) through the mail is not safe. I've never won millions, so I honestly don't know how it works, but I do know that companies mail large checks all the time. Anyway, if a check is made out to you, it would be very difficult, if not impossible, for someone else to cash it. I'm guessing that even if you wanted to deposit a million dollar check in your

Collecting Big Winnings
Until you actually go to the Lottery office in your state and turn in a validated ticket .... they do not know who you are! They don't have to know your name or social security number to know you're the winner. They know when and where the ticket was sold, and the value of the ticket. That allows them to set the money aside for the person who owns the ticket, and that meets the requirements for constructive receipt. The fact that you don't claim what is rightfully yours doesn't mean you are

Texas Lottery confirms that Quick Picks are not generated by "central computer"
I think I understand what LottoL is saying but it would be difficult with the ball drawn games. Forget the RNG tickets being printed, they don't have to be manipulated in any way, but once they are purchased the info is sent to the central computer saying this combo was purchased in this place at this time. The lottery uses this for security reasons to protect themselves from someone making a fake ticket or saying they lost their ticket. The lottery can simply ask when did you buy the ticket,

actually is not a 6-digit wheel but a 3 digit full wheel, actually is the 6 way a 3 digit non repeating digit combination can play...It comes out to 6 dollars or 6 ways...you can use the 4 digit wheel or the 5-digit wheel..If you use the 3 digit wheel it wil come out to be like 18 dollars...I came across this system 8 years ago but i totally forgot it not that i didn't pay it much attention...You can also use a 6 digit wheel and apply filters and use the most 6 + - digits... A Federal Gaming Commission
Hi, Do you think State Lotteries should be policed by a Federal gaming Commission? Do you question if the games are really being operated fairly? Isn't the amount of money at stake by driving up Lottery jackpots a motive for manipulation. Is there an abnormal amount of low percentage picks, statistically speaking, happening in your state? Do any of the states take the space on there websites to show you their security methods to insure fairness? All comments are welcome. *S*

I'm not here to make money off you, just get back my expenses. Anyone here wants the book, just donate half what it says (half the suggested donation) and we're cool. A few people sent me a pm or email saying they weren't taken directly to the book's landing page, if that happens look for the link before you leave the page, there may be a security se

Comedian Bernie Mac Dead
It was just a couple of years ago when I considered taking a job as bodyguard to some of the world's most famous stars. A good friend of mine does this for a living and Bernie Mac was one of his best friends. He also works with Steven Segal, Magic Johnson, and most of today's big name stars, singers, politicians, etc. He provides security for many of the large Churches that you see on TV, even the Clintons. I still may get into that field. I'm all for helping to keep law order in this craz

I agree with you......I happen to like random lists too and that's why I jumped on the bandwagon for Prov1's list and ALVM's list but I like other systems as well....heck I even get numbers from car license plates and school buses, check numbers I post at work and won some money last night with Powerball last night by using some of my numbers from my social security card numbers so I say whatever works for whomever......just have fun and live and let live! This is what this forum is about an

I've always wonder...
The info i provided is straight off there website. http://www.theofficialbiggame.com/aboutus/game_security.asp The Mega Millions Drawings are conducted under rigid security procedures.
