Well Lantern, the algorithms are not static at all. I'll give you as an example the delay algorithm which always evaluates to the current lottery history you have there (all algorithms actually evaluate what you ask them to evaluate), taking into account the latest draws you have, so if you introduce another new draw the prediction of the filters change as well to take into account the new information. You can tell I'm getting on up there..........I got a straight today in SC because I read the stack wrong. All I saw was this......... 0 7 7 Stacks 0 7 7 4 1 1 Since our little neighboring state, NC, got 400 last night, I played 177 and 771. Thank you for explaining in great detail for a non techie like me. I have a better understanding of why when I go on Texas Lottery website, I get that page cannot be displayed error. My feedback is that you need to do what you need to do. I have DSL Internet Service through Bellsouth, now owned by AT T. When I filled out the account information page on the lottery website, I indicated that I am located in the United States. When I clicked through to Click To Pay I received the ERROR message that my IP Address was not located in the US or any area that they service.
