Why does this happen over and over again?
Hello All,Just wondering if anyone notices that Arizona seems to be very slow on putting out the lottery #'s..I found it tonight on another site but, was unable to find the Indiana results. The Indiana drawing is held at 9:30 at night.I figure since I'm on the east coast there is a time difference but, it's 1:24 am right now here and still no results and there web page is down.I think there might be some cheating going on with the west side doing lottery draws. Seems like some of these states la

Florida Lottery will not honor misprint scratch-off jackpot
I don't live in FL, but stories like this of misprints , rules printed under the wrong game, cheating clerks, tickets that are sold after the grand prize has been won, etc. have made me stay away from scratch tickets. They are not random enough and too vulnerable to cheating and ripoffs like this poor woman just experienced. I hope she sues and wins. I wonder what would happen if each time an incident like this occurred, everyone boycotted scratch tickets for 90 days.My feeling about misprint

Man wins lottery two days after divorce from cheating wife finalized
Until last Saturday, 2004 had been the worst year of Randy Fletchers life.On a cold mid-January day, the 29 year old Brownstown resident took a half-day off of work due to a severe case of diarrhea, only to find his wife of four years, Tara, in bed with a neighbor. Two months later, he wrecked his mint-condition 1956 Chevy that he had spent three years carefully restoring when a deer ran out in front of him.May brought even more heartache; Fletchers 12 year-old German Shepherd Molly was diagnosed

dumb question from dumb hoosier?
I read somewhere a year ago that Indiana was doing away with their 'balls' (no input please), and were going to computer 'random' generated numbers. The claim was that their old 'balls' were getting yellow and dented. Cost to much to replace. Are all Indiana's online games computer 'generated' now? Well, besides the Powerball. I read that there would be 'two' 'random' computers picking the numbers. There for, no chance of cheating? I will never play a 'computer generated' game. Even though I k

Predicting winning numbers? Fact or fiction?
Good to hear hear from you Lucky1day..
Thanks for enlightening me on the correct terminology for their patented process.
.As I said to member Ricklou, I'm not in the business, so I explained things the best I know how..so please bear with me, as I'm learning.
But, whatever it's called, I think it's still basically cheating ..and this patented process pilfers lottery players..plus, it's not revealed on the play slip instructions!
Like going to a Carnival,..taking a chance at winning

Indiana Lottery (Hoosier Lotto)
Response to William Foreman case - You say the Hoosier Lottery admitted William Foreman rigged a scratch off game. From what I've read, that's not exactly true. According to this link:
http://www.in.gov/judiciary/opinions/pdf/04300701ehf.pdf
William Foreman shared highly confidential information with his friends, locate and win from high paying scratch off tickets. I would see this as cheating. It may be considered rigging in a sense that it wasn't fair, but more on the lines of outri

can someone here post me an example of a fake RNG lottery drawing?
To say that both types can be manipulated is true. But it is easier to hide with a non-physical system.
Understand, there is more than one type of manipulation.
Players lose. Low quantity of winners drawn. This is what people are concerned about, because it is much harder to detect than....Lottery loses. A specific group of players win by causing a certain set of numbers to fall, or appearing to have played whatever the winning set of numbers is.
The topic was about the first kind of
