Why should he retire? I'll give you one good reason. Everyone on his route knows he won that much money. All it takes is one crack addict to shove a gun in his face. I'd sure hate to read a bad story regarding this guy.

Why should he retire from he's job? He's situation is no where close to the Robinsons who won a third of a billion dollars.l recall reading where Mr R said l will continue to work. Perhaps he sees the Uncles cousins coming out of the woodwork, siphoning off he's new found wealth, and has the forethought to continue working while investing the money. He has the perfect excuse for when the parasites come calling. He can always respond The money is all gone, can't you tell, lm still working?

I would take the cash only because the interest rate. He did correct with a financial advisor. He should retire from the Postal service and if invested correctly he never has to work again. So that is 2 forms of income. Awesome. I am glad it made his day.

hi sam.and thanks.(i think this congrats is a few days ago?)Sorry. i had missed it didn't see it,but thanks. Congrats today to DK WILLIS EVERYONE WHO GOT THIS DOUBLE 311/113/131. I usually play this with 312 literally each 7 to 10 or 20x.But i did not today.Last minute. i JUST GOT IT IN! The machine was literally cutting'off on 213 and 311 ... Gots to prepare earlier on weekends especially my tix early in the day before work. I am glad i got a piece of it,was going to retire it soon.

Anything over $1million would be good enough for me. I might not be able to retire on that, but I could buy a decent house outright and work jobs I actually like when I like instead of being forced to join the everyday grind of being another cog in the corporate machine. $5million or more and I'd just walk out of my job without looking back.

That's good to hear every thing is well. I know what you mean about spending so much time on LP. It's like a second job hour wise, but a fun one. lol Sometime soon I'll get good enough so I can make my LP job be my only job. It will be for sure when I retire.

What gets me is why don't these criminals who steal millions flee to a non-extradition country? Everyone gets caught eventually. Just run as soon as you have enough to retire on. Plenty of very nice non-extradition countries offer economic citizenship.

I would be happy with 6 figures but a million dollar prize is great too. Honestly if I won enough to buy a house paid off and retire early, I'd be happy. Ultimate goal is pay off debts, buy a home and travel. I'd be great with winning just a million dollars from the Powerball instead of the top prize of 650 millions (not to say I wouldn't take it too) lol.
