Massachusetts lottery 2nd Chance rigged??
I think it's fixed because I'm 0 for 21. I enter hundreds of tickets and the SAME people always win. These people won EVERY 2ND chance ever. They won't give the average person a chance. I think it's former Mass lottery employees or Store owners who take all the losers they can.

I'm pretty much just using this site to help document my cash 5 experiences of palmetto cash being RIGGED and is not playing for fun right now but playing to prove my point that this is rigged so in JUNE 2018 you will see me on TV in front of the SC Statehouse with the Press EXPOSING the sc lottery commission for this fraud DEMANDING THEY BE INVESTIGATED for this FRAUD so i'm not ranting but actual preparing a case!

Lots of people probably thought live ball drawings couldn't be rigged in 1980 and the reason for all the pre-drawing test today. Just today a clerk was telling me how 4 minute Keno games are rigged because she heard a lottery official say those number were not suppose to be drawn.
