Lottery vending machines in Kansas may depend on whether lawmakers show up Monday
.
You know, as long as it increases the venue right here in the USA, however they want to set it up, and how they want to spend the income from tickets is fine with me.
Better than someone from over there (across the pond) logging in and getting lucky with what I feel should be a USA only game.
Of course, I don't like the underhanded, behind-the-scenes nonsense that goes along with theft and so on. Also, the people at red traffic lights that need to be reminded by honking horns, as I h

Mom, son admit they plotted to kill man over his winning lottery ticket
How does anyone plan the robbery and murder of an innocent person and gets to plead to only robbery and only gets 8 years. And why does this guy have a shot of ever stepping foot outside a prison cell again? With overcrowding and good behavior, it's doubtful he'll even do the 20 years. These sentences make no sense?
No one is going to get me to believe that these two bleary-eyed, non-geniuses didn't leave a trail of incriminating evidence straight back to them. I understand that dockets are f

Police track down burglary suspects by tracing stolen lottery tickets
Theft of a Lottery Scratch ticket is now one of the quickest way to do jail time. As soon as
tickets come into the store they're scan put into the main terminal. These two really
wanted to go to jail. Stole a engraved wedding band that a family heirloom that was ice-
ing on the cake for the police. I wonders if they will end on the dumbest criminal list.

Michigan man arrested for impersonating lottery worker, stealing tickets
Lake Orion police have arrested a suspected thief who they say posed as a lottery agent at several Oakland and Macomb county CVS stores in order to steal Michigan Lottery scratch-off tickets.
Police Chief Jerry Narsh says investigators found unique clothing at the Pontiac home of David Witherspoon, 40, that also appears in store surveillance videos.
Narsh said when officers confronted him, he confessed, saying, I just have to steal.
Narsh says Lake Orion police were called to the CVS S

Tennessee woman charged with stealing ex-husband's $50,000 lottery prize
McMinnville, Tennessee, police have arrested a woman accused of stealing an unsigned $50,000 lottery ticket and then cashing it in herself.
Imagine winning a $50,000 lottery jackpot only to see someone else cash it in? That's what happened to one mid-state man.
Kimberly Milstead had the winning ticket. She signed it, and went to the Tennessee Lottery Commission to collect, but surveillance video showed that she didn't purchase the ticket.
This should have been me right here, said Jeff

NJ man goes on 10-store, 900-ticket lotto theft spree
His shirt and your comment made me laugh.
Maybe he was stealing from the store to help restore the shore from one of the ''winning'' stolen tickets..lol
New Jersey is a liberal State and he'll get slapped with community service since he was under the influence of marijuana and not thinking clearly when he decided to go on a lotto theft spree. I know people in that State that have done harder crimes and get away with little to no jail time.
