If you found a winning lottery ticket what would you do?
I agree with RJOH and JoyJoy. Both made very good points. What's the difference, if you bought it, or received it for a present (birthday, etc), or found it. And, I'm sure there are other ways one can come across a ticket...Either way, YOU have the winner in your hands. Whoever has the winner GETS the money. Afterall, the Lottery Commission didn't give the so-called winner the money because she DID NOT have the ticket. duh!

Maybe I would sign and cash in the ticket. If any one asked how I came to own the the ticket, I would remind them that the ticket was a bearer instrument and that was my business and I would only be answering questions from the lottery commissions necessary to get my money.RJOh

RJOh, all they would have to say was that they were in the store, and bought a ticket. How could you prove they were lying? They would have more of a claim than you, because you claimed you found it.

Thomas,I doubt if any store even the local Wal-Mart, have that many customers in a three day periods, so it would be hard for that many people to come up with a believable story.RJOh

If you found a winning lottery ticket what would you do?
I would like to think I would make every effort to see that the rightful owner got it back, but I know I would really feel foolish if after turning it in, someone made up a story that I could have made up and was rewarded the prize with no real proof of ownership, so I would probably sign it ,cash it, and be upfront about finding it and deal with the consequences. Reducing Lottery Rewards
Years ago when Ohio Lottery had jackpots of $40M+ quite often, the Ohio legislators came up with the idea to limit the winnings on one ticket to $20M regardless of the jackpot size. Up until then the Ohio attracted players from all the surrounding states and many were big winners. After that, large jackpots didn't attract players and a year later Ohio got rid of that rule but the lottery never recovered until recently when Ohio added MegaMillions. Large jackpots are attracting more players ag

buy Cash 5 ticket
Just do a google on lottery and you'll find plenty of sites that will take your money for anything you want to bet on. In some states , local gamblers run their own games that are similar. Good luck to you.RJOh

could this be conspiracy??
Rjoh:LottoSynchronizer is not only for the canadian lotto !!!!It works on every pick 6 lottery. Let that be clear.I don't know Vick and Underdog personally. They are just happy customers of our software. (well, at least I hope they are happy with it)It's so easy to search for a scam plan behind everything that seems to work.

could this be conspiracy??
Quote: Originally posted by Guru on January 07, 2004 Mostly Vick and Underdog post their numbers before the draw and afterwards report their winnings. The comments I made was a response to this statement after I checked to see if it was true and found it misleading. I don't play the Canadian lotteries so Guru's program isn't something I can use. Good luck to you fellows.RJOh

I am still looking for those wins that were posted before the drawing. I see a list of numbers posted before drawings but no follow-up as to what happen during the drawing or after just another list for the next drawing. Nobody getting rich with lottosych, that for sure.RJOh
