I think Pennsylvania is due again! Pennsylvania use to win alot also, either PB or MM or both (jackpots and second tier wins). I use to drive from Maryland to Pennsylvania to get tickets.

The sad thing is the CASH jackpots are now smaller. Mega cash payouts were always bigger than Powerball. The good thing is when Powerball increased to 2 dollars, the cash payouts went up coming closer to what Mega was at that time. Now Powerball has bigger cash payouts.
