500 Million Jackpot?
As long as a $100M-$200M jackpot creates enough interest to sell 70 millions tickets, there's going be a 50/50 chance someone will win the jackpots after each rollover and the odds are there won't be enough of them to reach $500M. With some inflation and some bad economic policies, maybe some day a $100M jackpot will create the same interest as a $10M jackpot does today, but I hope not doing my life time because I'm retired on today's dollars.RJOh

$175,000 Mega Millions Ticket Dispute
This is a case where a trip by the copy machine to make a copy of the tickets for everyone in the conglomerate would prove their ownership of the ticket. So called honest and trustworthy people steel everyday without a second thought, they take office supplies, they make personal calls on their company 800 line, they browse the Internet on company time, they copy copyrighted software, movies and records and they may even claim an unsigned lottery tickets. I don't feel sorry for these traders b

State lotteries 2004
smd173,You are probably right, I didn't see any names on their list of winners for 2003. That's a long time for a 649 game to go without a winner. Must be only a few play the game. I'm surprised one of those lottery investment group haven't tried to buy all 13M possible combination for a jackpot that size. RJOh

Mega Millions 12/30
If you played Maryland list as posted then you had two 1+B=$6 and one 0+B=$2, which is a lot better than most people do with $20 worth of tickets. You had 3 winning tickets out of 20 and the odds are 1:43 so that list beat the odds by 6x. You couldn't have bought a better list and that one was free. Next time try your luck, pick your own numbers.RJOh

MegaMillions/PowerBall..1 list fit both
Yep Bug, I knew how would hit something with all 52 Megaball had I played. #25 matched 3+0 for $7 and #49 matched 2+M for $10, so it would have cost $35 for 52 chances. Oh well, there's still PowerBall before the year ends.RJOh
