Based on what she said, 2 of the younger kids were put on psych meds because they acted out after their father died. I imagine it must have been something disturbing because psych meds aren't forced on kids otherwise. She claimed what they did was the result of the trauma of losing their father, and that they'd settle down. She was told the kids had to take the meds. According to her, someone told child services that she'd stopped giving the kids the meds and she thinks it was her sister.

Quickly obtain residency in the new state by getting an apartment and then transferring the new driver's license to the new state.
