Budget betting 2018, "Cans and Bottles".
Hello everyone. Many of you may have seen my article I wrote regarding budgeting for 2018. Well so far I have stuck to it even though the New Year has just begun. And I intend to stick with it with an exception to the rule. But the exception is a strong one. Maybe 1 day I'll share the exception with you, it will floor you. LOL MY BUDGET IS IN PLACE!!! Anyways, getting back to budget betting (keeping the budget in place), what do you do with your cans and bottles in the pantry, the garage? M

I am CONVINCED only way you WIN BIG if they let you win!
Some of this is very entertaining while so much of it is actually sad. The sad part is that while our lottery entities and officials, in general, are great and have great causes overall, they are still embedded with ill operatives and motives . To not accept this premise without reservation of the facts is the gateway to manipulating a given type of people...in my opinion. To assert that there is no one on the inside of a stellar money-making gambling deal like the lotteries is trying to figure

How will the new tax bill effect lottery winnings?
KYFloyd responded with this comment; It depends upon how much they win Correct Floyd! I just saw and read article that said these days you have to be worth 2.5 million to be considered rich . Guess I'll still be a poor slob if I win a cool mill playing the Pennsylvania New Year's Millionaire Raffle. I'll walk away with only 665 grand in my pocket. I guess I'll just have to get used to the fact that I'll have zero debt, and a very cushy monthly income in retirement that will afford me the

Ontario Lottery awards man half of $6.1M lottery prize with remainder in legal limbo
why on earth would he say Other than something that's agreed to ... He was talking about going to court if they can't agree on a settlement, exactly as he did in the previous paragraph of the article. The reason that either might settle is because anyone who's not moron knows that there's always a chance of losing regardless of how good your case is, and if it takes longer to reach a settlement or get a court verdict you may lose more to legal fees. There's also the hope that the other part

Arizona Lottery pulls second computerized drawing machine over duplicate numbers
Exactly! In my view, finding and exploiting RNG flaws is a great lottery system. I'd like to see an article on RNG machine hardware along with how RNGs typical function in detail, including specific draw procedures. One would think with all the scandals and problems, Arizona would go ball draw indefinitely. But it's cheaper and easier to use RNG. Presumably, AZ Lottery figures most numbers players will continue to play, regardless. However, if these RNG problems keep happening, there ma

CVS employee accused of stealing $1 million lottery ticket
The article doesn't make clear whether the Illinois Lottery initially accepted the million dollar claim. If yes, that raises some questions. 1. Why would they accept a claim for a ticket that's cut in half. 2. Did they acknowledge the instant ticket machine malfunctioned. 3. Why didn't they investigate the sale further, such as viewing video - many lotteries do for top prize winners, especially when there are suspected irregularities. Again, this illustrates why lottery retailers and its empl

Mississippi lottery committee plans final meeting
In my view, it comes down to protecting casino revenue. Simple as that. On a related note, Mississippi has many more casinos than I thought. Seems over-saturated already, which, presumably, compounds the fear of the casino industry has towards losing even a little revenue to a new MS lottery. Another consideration, as pointed out in the article, is the operating costs of a lottery verses profit isn't as big as many would imagine for a low population, economically challenged state like Mississ

Megaplier Change October 2017
Yep, the Wikipedia article on Mega Millions has that info. What they are doing is putting all the old and loyal players out to pasture by raising the ticket price AND making it harder to win AGAIN! The statement they are making is 'don't waste your money on these games until the jackpots are super high and even then you probably wont even win a small prize.' The two games have passed the reasonable point and are now just hideous. They might as well convert both games into jackp

Wisconsin woman claims $156.2 million Powerball lottery jackpot
But the story doesnt address the important question of whether she picked her numbers or it was a quick pick. Everybody knows that people want to know that, so why doesnt the lottery provide that info?? Anyway, I went a googling and found this article on the winning ticket being sold. A lottery spokesman said they had the video surveillance tape but that they do not use it to ID people but only for an investigation. This means to me that they wont use video to help people but will use vid
