Personally, I see the, give or take, $.27 to each dollar spent on lottery tickets as a donation made to a particular cause dictated by the government. Great article. There's some great advice in it too. For me personally, it's not that I'm interested in becoming an ultra high net worth individual. I'm more concerned about the peace of mind that I'd have if I was ever so lucky to win just $500,000.
