NJ man sued over $38.5M lottery ticket
A lottery pool is fine if rules are made and followed to the letter. One rule for sure -all participants must get copies of the tickets BEFORE the draw and everyone must pay everytime.

NJ man sued over $38.5M lottery ticket
You never know what a jury will do!The best thing to do is NOT to be a member of a lottery pool. You can take all sorts of precautions and have all sorts of documentation but you will be at the mercy of a jury.Lottery pools are BAD NEWS!

No it's right. Set B will include some of the numbers from the 39 (in other words what excluded from the 39). In short I will consider ALL the numbers in Set B. I'm not saying that I am going to play all 39 in a wheel(though that's what I wrote) Ha.ha. Set B has a mix of the 23 and the rest of the number pool of 39.

Exactly! I couldn't have said it better myself. I also had the 20 31 on my radar, but in my quest to reduce the pool to no more than 10 #s, I blew those two off opting instead to go with what I call the favs of the chosen power #s.

Back with a vengeance
You always going to have a pool, with one of them being the winner number. You have to keep track of the formulas that win in PA. Once you established the formulas that frequently come then, they become by default that respective state formulas. So to answer your question, as you put it once your date has been targeted, you then would apply the formulas.

Idaho's biggest lottery winner knew he would win
Assuming it keeps rolling the next bump should be to around 85M. With the sales from the coming drawing the jackpot pool will be fully funded and they won't be doing the minimum raise anymore.

Is paying for online lottery syndicate or pool legal in the US?
I already have some ads with bing, yahoo and facebook but this is not something that can be advertised here.
Todd have mentioned aol but they charge an upfront fee of 100 and minimum of .25 per click (they are quite expensive.)
Google adwords is better but a no go for me as they have different policy for lottery pools.
In UK it is not a problem but I don't know about here in the US. I don't want to be paying advertisement with the FBI on my tail.

$336 million Powerball ticket sold at R.I. supermarket
This will sound a little nuts, but I was hoping for my pool at work to hit and not me only. Winning that kind of money can and probably will bring on such a change in a person's life. I would be perfectly happy to win MM or Texas Lotto right now, plenty to retire on and enjoy the last 20 or so years I have on the earth, and leave some to the kids.
