I live in Idaho but am planning to buy my tickets in Oregon due to the Powerball multiplier being forced on us. However, I found a statement on the Oregon website that's worrisome. It says that if you win a jackpot prize and choose the cash option you will receive half of the annuity value. This statement comes after a paragraph discussing all 3 jackpot games - Powerball, Megamillions, and Oregon Cash. Well I bought an 8 draw ticket today from Andy the clerk for Oregon Megabucks this afternoon and had only one number on the bottom line of ticket but have seven draws left until my paycheck in September. The jackpot for Oregon Megabucks rolled to $1.9 million annuity and $0.95 million cash option for Wednesday August 18th 2021. So good luck to me and hitting some money before this ticket runs its course.-weshar75
