As I said before, the lottery is rigged due to the fact that it's drawing happens after an hour has passed from the last ticket sold! The only way to crack their system is to see all the tickets the population have played that tallied up for that night, then u can see how the officials select the winning ticket from the pool of tickets played

By free do you mean someone picks up the tickets for the pool players and charge nothing for their time and effort or do you mean they also pay for the tickets with their own money?

the only thing worse than joining a lottery pool is buying a lottery ticket and give it to someone as a gift. if you sign it before you gift it you look like a cheap chump. if you don't sign it and it wins, and the recipient doesn't give you a slice (at least 45%) then you will feel like a chump. it is by far the worst gift you could ever give anyone (stocking stuffers or whatever) just give them the cash and let them buy their own ticket if you must.

Yeah, I think the jackpot will keep rolling too, because the jackpot increases the same amount for half as much tickets sold, so the chances of a rollover are double for the same increase. I do have a feeling that this year will be the year Powerball produces a record CASH jackpot, especially since they've eliminated the match 5 bonus pool feature.

lottery pools are only good if there is trust,honesty and integrity among the pool members,make sure every one gets a copy then there is no doubt about it . in this case nascimento played a trick and was a liar IMHO he should not get a single penny

Agreed. Alot of the decision to wait for a higher jackpot comes from the fact that most of the jackpot is taken out for taxes anyway so for some, it makes sense to wait around if you're intention is to win once and never haveta worry about playing ever again. And if you're playing in a pool, it makes even more sense to wait for a massive jackpot. It's hard for some to get by even if you were to win $1million or even $10million.

Also, don't forget that NO BALLS were removed from the match 5 pool. So the odds of getting 5/6 remains the same as years past. I'm sure PB tought of this when they did the change to maximize profits for THEM, not US
